The Village of Tilton is a volunteer service that provides emergency medical care to the residence of Tilton. In 2019, the Tilton Board approved the addition of a 12-Hour Shift On Call Schedule for the Ambulance Service. This means there will be a staffed ambulance on call from the Hours of 8:00p.m.-8:00a.m.

Tilton operates 2 BLS ambulances with In-Field Paramedic Upgrade capabilities and 1 Paramedic Fly Car.  Both ambulances have been upgraded with Stryker Cot and Load Systems.  One ambulance and the fly car carry the Stryker Lucas Device in assisting with cardiac arrest patients.  All three units have Lifepak 15 cardiac monitor/defibrillators capable of obtaining 12 Lead EKGs'.
